Last Saturday’s ESTA NOCHE LIVE 2 featured surprise, special guest, Jesse Turner, lead vocalist and accordionist of Grupo Siggno. The crowd screamed as the young, charismatic singer joined Elida Reyna on stage for an awards presentation and performance of the duet, “Juntos Hasta Morir.”
Turner won Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2011 Tejano Music Awards but was at a performance in Washington state at the time, so he accepted his award at ENL2 Jan. 28, 2012 Elida swept the 2011 TMAs, winning Female Vocalist, Entertainer, Song, Album, and Duo of the Year (with Michael Salgado), and a couple of her many awards required minor tweaks.
