The pop duo of Ha*ash, sisters Hanna and Ashley, have thankfully postponed their big show for the Auditorio Nacional in Mexico City that was set for today. The swine flu scare that is believed to have started in Mexico City is the reason for the postponement and it seems a wise decision.
The new show is set for May 7 and the same tickets can be used for admission. Check out Ha*ash’s MySpace page for the latest updates and to read messages from the group’s fans and blogs from the group.
See our video of the Premios a la Musica Latina in March, where Ha-ash most recently performed in San Antonio and where they spoke briefly with Tejano Beat.
Another post titled with a question – sorry! It seems the more I search the Internet for info, the more questions I have. First, the awards was set for April 11 at the Municipal Auditorium and then that changed when the association with Vive Tejano ended. Then, I heard April 30 at La Villita Assembly Hall. And now, there is no date to be found on the Tejano Music Awards site. On the TMA site, I see a poster announcing the 29th Annual Tejano Music Awards but no date. On Elida’s MySpace, I see she has July 17 listed as the Tejano Music Awards date.
So again, I ask for any information to be sent here via a comment.
